Radix Law is a Scottsdale-based boutique firm best known as the first multi-lawyer, full-service U.S. firm licensed as an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) by the Arizona Supreme Court in 2021. This allows the firm to have both lawyer and non-lawyer owners, enabling outside investment and strategic partnerships. Rooted in Arizona, Radix focuses on corporate law, commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning, and bankruptcy matters. In early 2025, the firm announced a merger with national accounting and advisory firm Aprio to form Aprio Legal. The combination is designed to deliver integrated legal, tax, and wealth management services under one platform.
